Devestra has a strong network of agent contacts. We are continually evaluating potential development sites and will determine the parameters required to prepare project feasibilities and initial design concepts.
Devestra offers a wealth of experience in the preparation of comprehensive feasibility reports for use during initial project assessment and in tandem with funding applications. These reports are regularly updated throughout the project lifespan. Development appraisals are prepared using ARGUS Developer software (formerly Circle Developer) and are supported by bespoke Excel-based financial reports. Devestra delivers regular update reports to investors which comprehensively address the progress of the project, including documentation, approvals, construction and sales progress, finance and cashflow/budgets.
Devestra maintains a well-established network of equity investors, developers and housebuilders, and benefits from an extensive knowledge of the UK property market and considerable development experience.
