Deaconess House, Edinburgh

Project Details: Unconditional acquisition in 2012 of the former NHS Lothian headquarters site situated in the heart of the University of Edinburgh city centre campus. Planning permission achieved in 2012 for a 315-bedroom student residence set within the 1.09 acre site. Forward funding deal agreed with the University of Edinburgh at a purchase price of £26.50 million.
