London Borough of Waltham Forest

Project Details: In collaboration with the London Borough of Waltham Forest, proposals are being considered for a light industrial site which has been identified as a regeneration area. The site extends to approximately 2.30 acres and a residential-led, mixed-use development of circa 200 residential dwellings with approximately 10,000 sq ft of commercial space is currently being discussed.

Status: On-going. Awaiting submission of a planning application (target – Summer 2014)
